My Gaming Landscape [October 29–November 4, 2018]

Ladies, gentlemen and everyone in between and beyond: I had a rough last week. I didn’t sleep well and I was very unmotivated to do much of anything. I also kept having random aches and pains, probably from the lack of sleep so I didn’t play many video games. That’s unfortunate because I actually bought quite a few games! First off, from the eBay purchases I mentioned last time but hadn’t come in the mail yet, I got NBA Jam for the SNES, and inspired by the recently released SoulCalibur VI, I got SoulCalibur III on the PS2 and SoulCalibur V on the PS3. Then, because of the sale the PlayStation Store was having, I got all the Battlefield games on PS4. Battlefield 4, Battlefield: Hardline, and Battlefield 1. I know Battlefield V is coming but it’s not here yet so technically I have all the Battlefield games on PS4, at least for two week or so. Now with that out of the way, let’s get to what I’ve been playing, which is actually only two games. Continue reading “My Gaming Landscape [October 29–November 4, 2018]”

My Gaming Landscape [October 12-21, 2018]

Welcome to this week’s Gaming Landscape. This is posting at a new time on a new day so that’s why there’s a bit more days included here and why there’s more games than usual. No new events to talk about but I did get some new games! The big one is SoulCalibur VI, which I got at the last minute as I thought wasn’t going to be able to afford it, but luckily I did! Then, the last day of this cycle, I decided to take advantage of the Devil May Cry sale that PSN was having and I got every game in the series on PS4! So that’s Devil May Cry HD Collection (which includes Devil May Cry 1, 2, and 3 Special Edition), Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition, and DmC: Devil May Cry – Definitive Edition. More franchises as a whole should be this readily available. Well, those were my pick ups for the past week (or so). Now here’s what I’ve been playing. My Gaming Landscape [August 31-September 6, 2018]

20180907_070256.jpgAnother week, another Gaming Landscape! No news personally to talk about but I added Yakuza Kiwami 2 to my collection. Really excited to actually get a new release brand new. I even got the steelbook edition! It’s got that nice nature-killing plastic smell and everything! I’ve been playing it on stream exclusively and that’s a perfect way to transition to the games I’ve been playing this past week!
